Registration rates
Early registration – Flag Football & Cheer (5-6) $50 includes raffle ticketsv($50)
Tackle Football & Cheer (7-15) $75 includes raffle tickets ($75)
Regular registration –Flag Football & Cheer (5-6) $60 includes raffle tickets ($40)
Tackle Football & Cheer (7-15) $100 includes raffle tickets ($50)
Late registration – Flag Football & Cheer (5-6) $75 no raffle tickets
Tackle Football & Cheer (7-15) $125 no raffle tickets

Required at registration:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Contract filled out (available at registration)
3. Physical dated on or after January 2012 on pop warner form located at
http://www.popwarner.com/admin/forms.asp (must be signed by the
physician with address & phone number not a R.N. or an L.P.N.)
4. Picture
5. Report Card with all 4 quarters (must have both sides of the report card
including school name & students name)
6. Proof of address – the child must live within zipcodes 13203, 13206, and
parts of 13208
7. Parents Code of Ethics (available at registration)

Must be 5 or older on or before July 31, 2012

Divisions will be determined by age & weight (football only)

More Info About CNY Football Academy

Once again there will be a FREE Central New York Football Academy Camp that will be hosted by local NFL Football Players, Jo-Lonn Dunbar (Corcoran High School, Boston College, New Orleans Saints) Tyvon Branch (Cicero North Syracuse High School, University of Connecticut Oakland Raiders) and Mike Hart (Onondaga Central High School, University of Michigan, Indianapolis Colts and Current Running Back coach at Eastern Michigan).

It will be held at Sunnycrest Park in Syracuse on Saturday, June 23rd. 2012 from 10:00a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
The last two years this camp has been attended by over 300 kids from
Central New York ages 9 through 12. The kids receive many free gifts a
healthy snack and professional warm up and training with Parisi Speed
School, along with a lifetime of memories.

The kids were given the opportunity to train and learn about football from
numerous NFL and College football players and high school football coaches
the last couple years.

NFL Players that have donated their time at this camp have been:
Lamar Woodley, and Ryan Mundy, Pittsburgh Steelers, Will Smith, and Adrian
Arrington, New Orleans Saints, Stevie Brown, Oakland Raiders, Cody Glenn
Indianapolis Colts, Will Allen Miami Dolphins,
Darius Butler, Carolina Panthers and your three CNY host.

2011 Challenger Football & Cheerleading
Come be a part of this exciting program in CNY Pop Warner!  While coaching the athletes in a SAFE and FUN environment we aim to INSPIRE each athletes’ unique gifts at their individual cognitive level.

Challenger Football & Cheerleading is designed especially for children with disabilities between the ages of 5 – 18 years old.
Every participant has his or her own range of abilities, but
EVERYONE HAS FUN!

Games once a week on Saturdays or Sunday September & October
